Coordinates and performs work that is varied and generally administrative, such as keyboarding, scheduling, maintaining files, and correspondence associated with a manager or director and employees within one or more business groups, handling confidential matters with discretion. Compiles and analyzes information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables. Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, administrative skills and a broad understanding of company operations, procedures, and personnel. Primary Accountabilities * Develops an+E8d/or maintains moderately complex computer applications, including documents, forms, spreadsheets, charts, graphics, and presentations, and databases. Establishes and maintains supervisor and/or business group filing system for business records.
