What will you be doing?
- This person will train to lead a team of associates and operate and maintain production equipment in a manner that reduces down time and waste
- Will be responsible for all aspects of machine operation and changeover activities
What do you bring?
- 2+ years as a lead in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical experience
- Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Mechanical ability to operate and adjust equipment
- 1 year of college, technical school or equivalent experience
