Billy Howell Ford-Lincoln is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter person to join our team. We are a single point, family owed Ford-Lincoln dealership doing business in Cumming, Ga for more than 40 years. Our continued growth has prompted the need to add additional staff.

Job Responsibilities
* Promptly meet and assist both the technician and the retail guest in a friendly and courteous manner.
* Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail guest in a timely manner.
* Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system.
* Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry.
* Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
* Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner.
* Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.
* Create and maintain merchandising display to promote product sales.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Job Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Have experience with Ford automotive parts sales (preferred) however we will consider the right candidate with other manufacturer parts experience or aftermarket parts experience
* Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
* Have strong organizational and time management skills.
* Are detail oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
