**Warehouse & Distribution Center Manager**
Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is seeking a strategic and operational focused **Manager of Warehouse and Distribution Center**, located at its Menomonee Falls, WI location. A successful candidate will lead, develop, and coach the Menomonee Falls, WI distribution center team focused on achieving world-class levels of customer satisfaction for their facility. This critical leader is responsible for driving distribution center excellence focusing on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and inventory management. This role is responsible for leading and managing all daily distribution center operations to support their team in their professional development, the division's growth and supports strategic materials management initiatives across Advanced System Group and Brunswick Corporation.*It is our people behind lifes passions who will make the big difference. **Key Responsibilities Include**:
+ Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the ASGs Menomonee Falls, WI distribution center operations including: Picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, audit and inventory control
+ Lead and develop the distribution center team to deliver unparalleled customer service
+ Manage daily plan and resources to exceed distribution center expectations for productivity and accuracy
+ Meet and exceed (develop and implement where necessary) Key Performance Indicators, with a heavy emphasis on safety, quality, service, and productivity
+ Meet annual operating goals and direct continuous improvement initiatives within the Menomonee Falls distribution center
+ Use Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement strategies, tools, and techniques to deliver sustainable operational, quality, delivery and service improvements
+ Use best-in-class systems and technologies to achieve class-leading operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
+ Lead and support acquisition integration projects related to distribution operations
+ Provide coaching, mentorship, leadership, guidance, and training to develop direct reports
+ Develop a world class Distribution Operations team through hiring the best team and the development of extraordinary people
+ Develop organizational talent to support both personal and business growth and robust succession planning to support further advancement of operations leadership**Requirements:**
+ Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field
+ 5+ years experience in a leadership role within a high-volume distribution center or warehouse operations
+ Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Management System operation, integration and optimization
+ Experience leading a distribution center including hiring, training, implementing and managing to Key Performance Indicators as well as motivating, retaining and promoting employees
+ Experience leading and working with global employees and suppliers
+ Demonstrated success using Lean continuous improvement tools
+ Hands on partnership approach to leading distribution teams
+ Demonstrated commitment to promoting a strong safety culture
+ High level of customer service orientation and focus to constantly improve our customers' experience with Power Products
+ Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills with solid understanding of impact of decisions on business results
+ Desire to work independently
+ Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM software
