Kalahari Resorts Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for our Call Center Representative position. In this base plus commission payed position you are responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all guest while taking, recording, and cancelling reservations all with an understating to maximize revenue and occupancy for Kalahari Resorts. Computer experience and being bilingual in Spanish is required.
Additionally, you must have open availability long hours sometimes that could include nights weekends and holidays The Ability to adapt to changes quickly; with the ability to change your approach or method to best fit the situation during frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. You must also be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
