Assist in executing banquet menus, following recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef, while adapting to specific event requirements.
Manage and maintain assigned kitchen stations, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all food items meet health and safety standards, and are prepared following the venue's guidelines.
Collaborate with the banquet team, including servers and event coordinators, to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of dishes during events.
