*Job Summary:*
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, track progress, and help clients improve their quality of life.
*Responsibilities:*
* Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
* Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy
* Track and report client progress and program data
* Teach communication, self-help, and social skills
* Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies
* Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication
* Perform other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent *required*
* 6+ months of relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting *required*
* Registerd Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) Certification
* Effective communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations
