Job Title Apartments Manager Department Housing and Residence Life - 50780 Pay Grade 6 Job Category Administrative Job Summary
Housing and Residence Life is accepting applications for a live-in Apartments Manager.

This position is responsible to the Associate Director for Residence Life, the Apartments Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Buccaneer Ridge Apartments Complex, which includes, but is not limited to facilities, staffing, security, occupancy, and the residence life functions within the complex.

  • Ability to work with Housing Facilities, contractors, and vendor personnel.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years of experience in residence hall management (relevant graduate and/or undergraduate work may be considered).
  • Individual is required to live in campus housing.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a national background check successfully
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred in student personnel, counseling, psychology, education, management, communication, higher education administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated skills in human relations, leadership, supervision, crisis management, group dynamics, programming, flexibility, and professionalism.
