To learn more about Berry, visit Packer- 12 hour day and night shifts Available $600.00 Sign on bonus 2 weeks vacation in the first year Great Pay Referral Bonus Advancement Opportunities Great Benefit Package Company paid life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with a company match Educational reimbursement Paid vacations and holidays Profit Sharing Bonus Responsibilities Responsibilities: Perform all job duties efficiently and safely Visually inspect, place into box (as necessary), and palletize finished goods to customer specifications Use lifting assist device to where applicable Tape and makes boxes for workcenters, insuring to keep the proper quantity available at all times Monitor quality (deviations, comparing comparators) Document daily production values, including scrap quantities and reasons Operate pallet jack Cleaning/housekeeping; sweeping, cleaning machines Stack cartons from 25-40 #'s on pallets Insure that all machine downtime (start times) are recorded Record accurate production data that includes all necessary information needed for tracking purposes Assist with the flow of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods to and from the production area. Participate in the training of new employees Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.
