** Production Team Member - Fabrication**

**Description**
**Responsibilities:**
* Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
* Follows fabrication process as outlined in procedures for assigned area.
* Ensures quality of products produced on the production line, troubleshooting any faulty products and taking appropriate steps to complete fabrication.
* Performs daily work assignments and adjusts work activities accordingly.
* Relays and shares production related information with employees and supervisor in a timely manner.
* May be required to help newer employees learn required job skills
* Administers general preventative maintenance duties utilizing the maintenance team.
* May at times monitor and prioritize orders per scheduling department.
* Assists all team members as needed.
* May be required to perform duties and functions or assist in other departments as needed depending on the needs of the business.
**Qualifications:**
* Must know how to read a tape measure down to a 16th of an inch
* Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally
* Must be able to do fraction and decimal math
* Must be a quick learner, with proficiency in utilizing various tools, or possess ability to quickly learn to use them.
* Must be able to work extended hours and unplanned overtime hours, or earlier hours if production requires it.
* Requires appropriate work skills, technical accuracy, efficiency and conformity to company policies.
* Must be able to work Saturdays if required.
* Must be able to stand and work a 12hr shift if need be
* E.D./High School Diploma preferred
* Carpentry, construction, production, fabrication, assembly or warehouse experience is preferred.
**Standard Hours:**
1st Shift
5AM-1:30 PM, Mon-Fri*
2nd Shift
1:00PM-9:30PM, Mon-Fri*
3rd Shift
9:00PM-5:30 AM, Sun-Thurs**
*Mandatory Saturdays as required
**Mandatory Fridays as required
