Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Intern to join our team in the ManTech Exponential Technologies Laboratory.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect, assemble, test, analyze and fly drones
- Inventory of serialized ManTech and customer equipment
- Production of cost estimates and schedules
- Participation in project calls with government, industry, and academia
- Local travel to support testing and meetings (Virginia area)
- Support testing and experimentation in a field environment, as required
- Listen, observe, learn, and ask clarifying questions
- 3D printing UAS components
- Conduct demonstrations with Government and Military customers
Basic Qualifications: - Maintain a 3.0+ GPA
- Support ManTech program(s)
- Understanding of operating and troubleshooting Virtual Reality systems
- Knowledge of UAS/Counter UAS operations
- Experience in administrative functions
- Knowledge of design, fabrication, and integration
- 45+ WPM
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with unmanned aircraft systems
- Military tactical knowledge
Security Clearance Requirements: - Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen and either hold an active US Security Clearance or must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.
- Secret eligible
Physical Requirements: - Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery; Calculator, copy machine, and printer
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position about 50% of the time
