This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Primary Job Responsibilities: Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients. Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls Monitor client flow from check-in through discharge Records management Audit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information.
