As an IT Services Manager you will help to build an IT Services team in the Denver, CO office.
You will be building an IT Services team in our new Denver office providing an onsite support capability to our global Business in this location.
Your team will be an operational extension to our existing technical teams in our Central and South American offices collectively supporting our key platforms as part of a global 24/7 shift pattern. You will also be accountable for the delivery of aspects of local infrastructure under the guidance of centralized design and tooling functions.
This is an opportunity to recruit and build a cross-functional team from the ground up combining the autonomy of local, time-zone specific support and delivery with the ability to work collaboratively with global technical domains. This will involve balancing ongoing support tasks alongside an interrupt-driven response to service affecting issues.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Building, and providing management to, the IT capability in our Central and South American offices.
- Managing our Denver Tech Bar, delivering excellent technical services to local end users.
- Recruiting and managing team members in line with expectations and requirements of the wider Technology function.
- Developing the teams and their skills as appropriate. Ensuring that documentation, training, mentoring and coaching is in place for the team.
- Participating in the Incident Management process as an escalation point to integrate efforts across multiple technology teams and providers.
- Working closely with local Business functions in all stated locations to ensure the service provided is meeting the requirements.
- Continuously evaluating the services provided in each location including the use of metrics such as KPIs and outcome driven metrics.
- Proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems. Identifying emerging risks and recommending appropriate actions to mitigate those risks.
- Working closely with our global vendor management team to manage local vendors to ensure the delivery of a high quality service to the Denver, New Jersey and Colombia offices.
- Contributing to the IT Services roadmap and strategy for the provision of services. Collaborating and facilitating with other technical teams to support the transition from design to delivery into run operations.
