Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:

  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls after careful screening to ensure each call is transferred to the correct department.
  • Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare.
  • Provides excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Seeks resources for direction, when necessary.
  • Performs all other related functions and duties as required.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions, including, but not limited to receiving/sorting mail, receiving deliveries and sorting/mailing checks.
Qualifications:
