About the Role
Our client is hiring an employment litigation associate to support a new L&E partner in cases across U.S. jurisdictions and forums, including agency, court, arbitration, and appellate forums. Candidates should have a passion for the ever-expanding field of employment law and a desire to focus their practice on employment litigation.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working in civil litigation, ideally with a focus on employment law
- Impeccable legal research and critical thinking abilities, the ability to problem solve, and strong writing skills including experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and memos
- A proven track record of success, including excellent academic performance, law journal or law review experience, and glowing professional references
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment with intellectual curiosity and humility
- Judicial clerkship preferred
Compensation
A good faith estimate of the base compensation range for candidates with the posted years of experience is $225,000- $235,000. This position is fully benefitted and bonus-eligible.
