Staffmark has an exciting direct-hire employment opportunity available working for a customer communications management and engagement technology leader in Suwanee, GA. We are hiring a new Client Services Representative to join forces with our thriving client!
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Essential Functions:
- Overseeing the client experience, from project setup to day-to-day interaction and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, advocating for their needs, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely processing of invoices.
- Monitor service levels, prepare reports, and participate in various projects.
- Must have strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to manage complex client requirements, including government contracts.
- Knowledge of digital print and postal processes is essential, along with proficiency in Order Management Software.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior postal or direct mail experience.
- This role involves training and mentoring Account Managers effectively, with a focus on critical thinking, exceptional client service, and strong communication skills.
- Position requirements include an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tight deadlines, and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, and computer proficiency are essential.
- Candidates must also demonstrate adaptability to change and a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
