Help Desk Analyst

The position entails working in a call center environment and providing help desk support to troubleshoot and resolve various software and hardware related issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and have experience working within a Help Desk. Will possess strong problem solving skills and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to demonstrate via a written assessment as part of the screening process. In addition, will be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, Windows skills and aptitude to learn quickly.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.

2+ years' of technical support experience.

2 + years of related help desk experience.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Professional demeanor with ability to maintain even temperament in high pressure situations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with software installation
Knowledge of Windows environments and SQL databases

This is a HYBRID role, MWF remotely and Tues/Thursday in office
