Position Overview:
The Contact Center Operational Assistant supports the contact center operations utilizing a broad spectrum of operational data related to contact center call. The position requires someone who is reliable and driven with strong time-management and organizational skills. This position would also maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to the nature of employee information.
Part-time position working out of the Belleville Fulfillment Center. Availability for fluctuating day shifts Monday through Friday.
Anticipated 20 hours weekly, with more hours available as business needs dictate.
Position Details:
What Youll Do:
- Responsible for handling administrative duties as directed by leadership
- Receive, open and process Mail Orders
- Process and send out agent engagement kudos and post on SharePoint
- Work refunds, order credits and other non-call tasks, as directed by leadership
- Receive, clean, maintain, catalog Home Agent equipment and send out replacement items, as directed by leadership

- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Must possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner.
- Must possess ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously and independently under minimal supervision
- Keyboard and computer experience
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Computer proficiency with the ability to toggle through systems and navigate through web pages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to be professional and pleasant on the phone or via email with our staff
- Ability to communicate problems/opportunities to supervisory staff leading to process improvement
- Ability to maintain regular or consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
Environmental Factors:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
- Sitting up to 75% of work hours
- Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: typing)
- Occasional reaching, twisting, and bending
- Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
- Ability to perform work in cubicle workstations

Compensation Range: $14.50-$15.00
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, federal, state and local minimum wage requirements, etc.
