Compensation:

  • We offer a variable model that includes base salary plus performance-driven bonuses.
  • The base salary range is $70,000-$78,000, depending on licensure level, and geographic location. Paid on a biweekly basis.
  • Performance-driven bonuses can range from $860 to $2,200, based on data-supportive targets paid monthly.
  • Performance-driven bonuses eligibility for bonuses begins the first month after three months of employment.
  • Must meet performance expectations to be eligible.
  • To ensure all employees are aware of their performance against their targets and have full visibility into their variable compensation, regular 1:1 meetings with their direct supervisor will be required.
  • Will receive a $500/month stipend during the first three months of employment.
  • Estimated Total Compensation Range: $79,000-$109,600.


Job Summary:

The licensed clinician is a core collaborative care team member consisting of the patient's primary care provider, psychiatric consultant, and other behavioral health providers. The licensed clinician provides evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care Model to promote system reduction and optimal patient outcomes. They use a world-class technology platform to provide brief interventions using evidence-based techniques such as Problem Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation in Primary Care, Family Practice, and OBGYN settings.


Required Education, Licensure and Location:

  • Master s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
  • Licensed to practice in Washington state as an associate clinician under supervision of a licensed clinician (ACSW, R-MHC(I), AMFT, or equivalent) (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) OR
  • Licensed to practice in Washington state as an independent clinician (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish


Highly Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Pediatrics
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation)
  • Expertise in handling higher-acuity patients/situations.
  • Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EHRs, ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc).


Selection Process: Three Stages

  • Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30 minute virtual interview to discuss experience, qualifications, base salary expectations, and overview of Concert Health s Collaborative Care Model.
  • Qualified candidates who meet the required experience, qualifications, and base salary expectations will be scheduled for a 30 minute skills assessment within the same week. Candidates who meet the required criteria will be scheduled for a final virtual panel interview the following week.
  • The final virtual panel interview will be conducted by Clinical Leaders.
  • Estimated selection process timeline is two weeks.
