**Job Description**

The Field Sales Senior Consultant is responsible for executing value-driven activities to support strategic channels. This role works to identify sales leads, promote products, and finalize sales to meet financial objectives for strategic accounts. **Responsibilities**

Channel/Partner Sales work is focused on face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions to the end customer via intermediaries such as distributors and re-sellers (i.e., channels) including: Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services and/or solutions Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques Managing the relationship with the channel partners/distributors Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 3 years and a masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience **Employee Type**
