Job Details

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide high-level administrative support to Director of Policy & External Affairs, Policy & External Affairs Managers and team members Manage Director's calendar, travel and scheduling Manage meeting requests including creation/distribution of agenda, meeting logistics, reminders, consolidation of presentations, etc. Preparation of reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets for management and external presentations including securing approvals Handle confidential information with discretion Perform a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to managing calendar/schedules, mail handling, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic & international), review/processing expense report statements, ordering catering, securing meeting rooms and event venues, and transportation Collaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projects Create, modify and manage department teamsites and team calendar Coo...Administrative Assistant, Administrative, Processing, Assistant
