Responsibilities:Order Processing:- Process customer orders and facilitate vendor purchasing- Review orders and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing- Monthly sales closing & commission reporting- Enter and post vendor invoices for accounting processing. Inventory Management:- Assign and maintain accurate inventory records- Inventory tracking- Add inventory to customer orders- Manage and report consignment inventory- Inventory reporting. Office Administration- Scan & file digital and physical records- Order office supplies- Shipping- Answering phones.
