The Village at Morrisons Cove, a skilled nursing and retirement community located in beautiful Martinsburg, PA, is currently seeking to hire RN Supervisors to provide care and assistance to our residents in the skilled nursing facility.
What a great opportunity to choose your schedule! The following options are available:
1st Shift- Full Time (Must be willing to work as an RN Supervisor and/or RN Unit Manager), Casual & PRN.
2nd Shift-Part Time, Casual & PRN
2nd Shift Full Time-Must be willing to work as an RN Supervisor and/or RN Unit Manager

3rd Shift Casual & PRN
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 1 year RN experience in long term care. A current PA Registered Nursing license in good standing is required.

_*Responsibilities:*_
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient care plans and ensure they are being followed accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care
programs
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and address any concerns or issues
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on medical procedures, protocols, and
best practices
- Valid nursing license (RN )
- Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 37.5 per week
