Associates:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide counsel to clients on a wide range of intellectual property-related issues, including
patent law, trademark law, copyright law, trade secrets, licensing agreements, and IP
litigation
Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop innovative and effective
legal solutions
Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
related to intellectual property matters
Stay up to date with intellectual property laws and regulations and proactively advise
clients on compliance matters
REQUIREMENTS
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school
Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law
