Law Offices of Michael J. Gopin, PLLC. is seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in personal injury claims, adjusting claims, file review, and quarterly reporting on staffing files and numbers. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle complex cases and ensure accurate and timely reporting for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjusting Claims: Evaluate and adjust personal injury claims, ensuring fair and equitable settlements.
- File Review: Conduct thorough reviews of claim files to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Quarterly Meeting Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports for quarterly meetings, including litigation lists and staff file number reports.
- Malpractice Management: Handle cases involving malpractice, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- Statute Cases: Manage cases involving statutes, ensuring all legal requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Litigation List Management: Maintain and update the litigation list, tracking progress and outcomes of ongoing cases.
- Stores Files: Organize and store files systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality. - Report Generation: Generate detailed numbers reports for monthly and quarterly meetings, providing insights and updates on claim statuses.
- What They Are Under: Accurately categorize and manage claims under the appropriate legal and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in personal injury claims management. - Proven knowledge and experience in auto insurance claims - Excellent file review and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare and present detailed reports.
- Proficiency in managing litigation lists and maintaining accurate records. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury claims, adjusting claims, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes related to personal injury and malpractice cases.
- Familiarity with auto insurance adjustments and claims with extensive attention to detail.
