About The Role
This is a unique role that requires a blend of business and design acumen. We are looking for a Growth Designer to assist the Head of Partnerships with building out collaborations within the Playbook ecosystem. See this page for more information on our partnerships (
What You ll Do
- Identify and evaluate potential GenAI and Creative AI Tools suited for the Playbook ecosystem
- manage meetings with partners and other external stakeholders and oversee the integration of partner apps into the Playbook platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnership strategies and monitor their impact

Who You Are
- 3+ years in growth, design/UX, product management, venture capital, and management consulting
- A unique blend of design/UX and business/sales sense, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams is a must
- You are a system builder who is hands-on with daily operations but also keeps the big picture in mind. Polish and detail is important, but you re also not afraid of experimentation and risk.
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with HTML, CSS to build Ghost web pages
- Experience at a high-growth Consumer or B2B SaaS company
- Excited to build for creators, designers, and freelancers!
