Our client, a medical device company in Philadelphia PA, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager who excels in driving compliance, efficiency, and accuracy while enhancing customer experience and supporting our journey toward becoming a data-driven organization. This role will primarily focus on optimizing accounts receivable processes and managing sales and use tax registrations and filings. The ideal candidate will be able to come onsite with flexibility for a hybrid schedule with at least 3x onsite.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Sales & Use tax experience, exposure, or familiarity highly preferred

- 2+ years of experience setting up and managing sales and use tax registrations
