Position: Survey CAD Technician
Location: Apex, NC
Pay: $21-$36/hr (Depending on experience)
Experience: AutoCAD Civil3D experience is required
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: 1st Shift
Greene Resources is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Research and download Deeds, Plats, FEMA Flood Info, Zoning Info, etc.
- Prep work for field crews (Boundaries/Topographic Surveys, Final Surveys, Residential House Staking)
- Create and edit CAD files
- Assist with completing Redlines and organizing digital project folders
- Draft data observations collected by field crews
- Communicate with field personnel, management, and clients
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Land Survey experience or basic knowledge of field and office tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on multiple tasks
- Effectively work on a team and independently
