YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statementsFacilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motivesPresents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interestsOffers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the orderConducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyaltyOther related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of peopleProfessional, ethical, and respectfulSelf-starter and self-motivatedExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-throughProficient computer skills including emailHigh School degreeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be authorized to work in the United States
