LHH is working with a well regarded Michiana based firm that has 10+ attorneys, including former Big Law Partners, that focus on only a select few practice areas, including Estate Planning, Litigation, and Transactional (both business and real estate). The firm is seeking to add two (2) attorneys that have existing experience in one of those areas and either seeks to specialize in their career moving forward in one or enjoys having a mixed desk and would like to be trained up in additional areas.
The firm offers a true lifestyle element with a 1600 hour billable expectation that keeps you on partnership track. The firm also offers meaningful objective bonuses beyond the 1650 hour mark.
This is also a long-term succession planning opportunity - to inherit a highly desirable book of business in time.
The firm will also consider attorneys that do not have direct ties to South Bend but instead have regional ties and are seeking a lifestyle change.

Ideal candidates will possess at least two (2) years of law firm experience.
