As the Director of Finance at Transcend, you will partner with the VP of Finance, leadership, and key business partners to develop budgeting and planning for all business units. You will play a critical role in helping guide the strategic direction of the Company.
What You'll Do- Drive the Company s budget, operating model, and long-term financial plan
- Set and own roadmaps for strategic projects including pricing, segmentation, and compensation
- Build business cases for effective growth investments and improvement areas
- Drive cross-functional alignment on KPIs, go-to-market initiatives, and resource allocation
- Prepare analysis for the Board of Directors and leadership team
Who You Are- 10+ years of Strategic Finance or FP&A experience
- Strong proficiency with accounting
- Ability to work with stakeholders across departments to provide visibility into operating performance and achieve Company goals
$200,000 - $250,000 a year

For this role, the estimated annual total salary range is between $200,000 USD/year - $250,000 USD/year. The actual annual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The listed range above is a guideline, and the annual total salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive perks in addition to cash compensation.
