*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part time*

Saginaw, Bay City, Midland (Tri-Cities)

*Basic Job Duties:*
* Med-sets
* Supervisory visits
* Teaching/training staff
* Assessing/triage clients
* Start of cares/Recertification
* Provide skilled nursing home care services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the client plan of treatment.
* Successfully communicates with the office, schedulers, supervisors, other agencies providing services, including other A & D staff such as CNA s and or Home Health Aides.

*Requirements: *
* Positive, interpersonal skills.
* A thorough understanding of confidentiality.
* A minimum of one year of experience as a LPN, eligible to practice in the State of Michigan.
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

Home health care experience preferred and demonstrated knowledge of health services and external regulations.
