Position:
PleasureLand RV Center is currently looking for a full time Shipping/Receiving Associate. We are looking for someone who is looking to help our organization continue to prosper and grow. The work schedule would be Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. This position handles shipping and receiving freight along with parts distribution throughout the company and maintaining inventory.
Essential Job Functions:
- Load and unload freight trucks in the receiving area.
- Check in and receive incoming freight.
- Notify customers upon parts arrival and respond to customer calls in regards to the parts received.
- Maintain inventory upon arrival and follow up with cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Track and update parts in parts database on a weekly basis
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications: - Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Computer/Internet skills
- Must be well organized
- Knowledge of RV systems and RV accessories preferred, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and tool skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to multi-task
