Job Details

Essential Function:

Provide technical support to staff, students and guests of Triton College. Provide polite, prompt support and work to provide a resolution or create a ticket and route to additional support areas as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or currently enrolled in CIS program.

Skills:

Must have experience with: Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, network environments, and Windows based operation systems, and Mobile based handheld devices.

Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and deductive reasoning skills.

Strong documentation skills.

Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience within a technical field.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff, students and guests of Triton College. Open and Close trouble tickets, while following proper guided protocols. Maintain records/inventory of Triton College equipment. Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment. Strong customer service skills. Managing hardware, software and component inventory, including receiving, inspecting, inventorying, tagging, and tracking.
