Pay: $4,450/month

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role, you will get to:
- Work with an inspiring team
- Perform initial and ongoing assessment according to protocol
- Collect patient and family history data
- Provide nursing care and procedures according to physician's orders and nursing protocol.
- Partner with patient to provide services needed
- Provide patient education
- Document/Record patient information according to standards of care
- Complete patient health records (electronic and paper)
- Maintain health care equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Participate in emergency response
- Provide community health related activities offsite

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and experience equivalent to one year of registered nursing OR
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and education equivalent to a bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university or a diploma in registered nursing from and accredited school of nursing
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
