Job Details

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

" Candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and can handle a changing environment where there s a need to multitask and priorities may shift throughout the day.
" Ability to remain calm and effective during stressful situations.
Be the liaison between the production lines and front office by walking back and forth providing updates, paperwork, and gathering information.
" Work with engineering team, production floor, and purchasing for ETAs of materials, rescheduling orders/cancelling/placing on hold as needed, and processing ship shorts.
" Gather information to accurately update data trackers and run basic reports, as needed.
" Partner with the Customer Service Representatives to help the team with multiple tasks, including answering emails.
" Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office products and spreadsheets is essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution with 3 years of experience in customer service/order management OR an Associate s degree in business administration, office administration
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Client States without company sponsorship.
- Excel, Outlook
- Basic data analysis; invoicing

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach at or above shoulder level; grip; and use hands to handle and feel. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to listen and to talk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to noise and frequently exposed to dust.

High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution with 3 years of experience in customer service/order management OR an Associate s degree in business administration, office administration completed or with an expected graduation date of May 2022.
Enters alpha and numeric data into spreadsheets and/or the mainframe. The employees work either on individual projects, or a series of discrete tasks that demand data be transferred from one form into another. Accounting and/or coding skills that require keying into a database are necessary, as is some degree of clerical work. Data must be entered quickly and accurately; data must be transcribed, interpreted, and verified for correctness. Also, proficiency in the appropriate computer programs, such as word processing and spreadsheets is essential.
