Job Details
Job Title: Data Entry and Word Processing
Employment Type: Contract
Work Hours: 40 hrs./week
Work site: 100% Onsite

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
At least one year of relevant experience
Job Duties:
Read document content to visually-impaired staff person
File documents accurately and efficiently
Convert documents to different formats such as Adobe or Word
Utilize an online case management system for data entry and retrieval
Answer participant phone calls and provide assistance as needed
Follow up with participants via phone, email, etc.
Travel with staff person for participation in intakes/meetings
Retrieve, scan, copy, and fax documents as required
Prepare written correspondence including letters, memos, and reports
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with document management systems is a plus
Miscellaneous Information:
Work hours: 9:00am 5:00pm, Monday Friday.
Free parking is available in a lot behind the building.
Public bus stops within a block of the office for convenient transportation.
Interviews will be conducted via Zoom or in person at our office in Kingston.
Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
