Job Details
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
* Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms, if required
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
* Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
