Pittsburgh Regional Transit is seeking a Service Person to perform unskilled service functions on vehicles, buildings, shelters, grounds, rights of way, and equipment, under general supervision.Essential Functions:Perform unskilled service functions, which include, but are not limited to various cleaning tasks such as: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, washing, wiping, scrubbing, mopping, and scraping. Load, lift, salvage, and deliver material. Check, inspect, fuel and fill fluids on revenue and non-revenue equipment and vehicles. Operate basic cleaning and servicing equipment. Operate and service revenue vehicles, non-revenue vehicles and other vehicles or equipment, as required. Basic use of hand tools to perform various indoor and outdoor maintenance functions.Job requirements include:High School Diploma or GED. Valid PA Driver s License, Class C. Obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Driver s License with Endorsement(s) within 90 working days for the department assigned as required by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is a Safety Sensitive position subject to all testing provisions under the Drug and Alcohol Policy, including random drug and alcohol testing.
