Our Hotel Maintenance maintains cleanliness of public areas and facilities and assists Room Attendants in maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms. They will perform deep cleaning of all carpets in public areas, including common areas, corridors, and guest rooms. They will also perform repairs to guest rooms, common areas, and banquet rooms on a routine basis. This person will have excellent communication with the appropriate department head on assuring repairs and maintenance (cleaning of furniture and fireplaces) are conducted in a timely fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Must have experience performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
Shift: 4 shifts at 10 hours: 7am - 5pm. Weekends and holidays are required. Days off are still to be determined.
