Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist

As a Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist specializing in blue-collar production workers, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and selecting top talent to fuel our organization's growth. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and working hand-in-hand with our operations team, you will ensure that every new hire aligns with our company's values, culture, and specific job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to define and execute recruitment strategies for blue-collar production workers.

Administer and interpret reasoning and personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.

Coordinate closely with operations to understand their staffing needs and challenges.

Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various production positions.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.

Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Contribute to the development of a positive candidate experience that reflects our company's values.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing production worker recruitment.

Proficiency in interpreting reasoning and personality tests.

Knowledge of Spanish is a big plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality hires.

Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and technologies.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Salary: $25 - $30 / hour
