**Job Summary**
Perform continuous and repetitive assembly operations.
**Essential Job Responsibilities**
* Perform continuous and repetitive assembly operations and packaging.
* Checks assemblies for proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts and components as required.
* Rework faulty assemblies, replacing parts if necessary.
* Perform quality checks on assembly parts using written test specifications.
* Complete all required entries on tickets and floor control as needed.
**Additional Job Responsibilities**
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
**Required Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
**Required Skills**
* Strong written/verbal communication
* Good decision-making skills
* Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities
* Regular and predictable attendance required.
* Good math skills.
* Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic PC and internet skills.
