Our client is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have computer, customer service and import/export knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Representative
Location: Pharr, TX
Pay Range: $11.00 hourly
What s the Job?
- Set pick-up and delivery appts with warehouses
- Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers
- Proactively provide tracking updates to customers and warehouses
- Prioritize training and appointment setting based on time constraints and customer priority
- Other duties as assigned
