Custom Order Specialist
Job Summary/Objective:
As a Custom Order Specialist at Rhoback, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing accounts and communications for corporate clients seeking to customize Rhoback products with their company logos. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create digital mock-ups of embroidered logos on selected products.
- Monitor and communicate inventory levels to make informed decisions about product availability and accommodate specific requests.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator to make edits to logo colors/design based on customer requests.
- Coordinate with embroidery and digitizing partners to ensure embroidery files create pristine finished logos.
- Schedule annual follow-ups with clients to encourage reordering and maintain client relationships with Rhoback.
- Generate comprehensive order summaries, including billing information, for customer approval.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure prompt payment of all orders.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in account management or similar role preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging strategies.
- Desire to work collaboratively with several teams in a dynamic environment.
