Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 5,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 10,000 units in the next five years. We're currently seeking a **Construction Laborer** for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties. Previous experience a plus.
Candidate will work full-time throughout Central and South Jersey.
**responsibilities**
Disposal of various types of construction debris, assist carpenters, demo work, etc.
**qualifications**
**Education Desired:** Minor knowledge of basic hand tools
**Experience Desired:** Previous experience a plus
**Must have:**Valid driver's license; own method of transportation; common sense; ability to pass both background and drug tests
**Physical Attributes:** Able to lift 100+ pounds
