Job Details

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the daily operation of various sections inside Food and Beverage locations.

Monitor Team Member work activity to ensure the daily success of Food and Beverage locations.

Inspire an 8.0 service mentality to Team Members.

Focusing on Guest Service and creating a positive work environment.

Assure profitability in assigned sections by closely monitoring inventory and a positive Team Member to Guest interaction.

Adhere and uphold ALL DEPARTMENT GROOMING, SAFETY and CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES.

Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.

Support the company mantra; Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.

Maintain a neat, and well organized location.

Ensure all products and services are made available to Guests.

Perform all other duties assigned by Managerial Supervisor and Senior Leadership Team.

Skills and Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age

A positive work attendance required

If 18+ must be willing to get TABC certification

Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be available to work an average of 30 hours a week year round. (Core)

Must be available to work most operating days and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operation (non-core)

Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.

Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods, as well as, and lift to forty pounds occasionally
