Role Description
As a crucial member of our team, the Family Law Attorney will hold a full-time on-site role. They will be entrusted with managing legal issues for clients related to family law, including divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support matters. The Family Law Attorney will also play a pivotal role in drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Family Law
- Experience managing legal issues related to divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support matters.
- Ability to draft and argue motions and conduct depositions.
- Experience representing clients in court.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- NJ or NY License, Additional PA or CT license preferred.
- English speaker (Must speak either Spanish or Portuguese)
