**Overview:**
**Responsibilities:**
The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center is currently hiring full-time benefitted Zachariahs servers. Zachariahs falls under the banquet department and is the hotels breakfast restaurant, and private corporate lunch room (as needed). Required hours for this position is 7-day availability (Sunday through Saturday) with 6am-3pm being the typical hours. The opportunity to pick up additional banquet event work is available for interested/qualified candidates (not a requirement).
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of la carte or banquet service preferred
* Excellent verbal and communication skills. Able to handle difficult situations ( i.e. disgruntled customer).
* Must be personable, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Professional posture.
* Bartending experience is a bonus, as the need for extra bartenders to supplement our existing team sometimes occurs
