Job description
As a foreman you will lead a crew of 2 other laborers. Duties include:
- Maintaining a safe jobsite for everyone involved
- Leading a jobsite with help from laborer(s)
- Picking up hardware and materials from store
- Crawling under houses
- Working in tight spaces
- Demolition, trenching, carpentry, forming, rebar, concrete mixing and pouring
- Reading plans
- Quality control
- Must speak English, Spanish is very beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:
- structural framing and concrete: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
