LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading technology services company that is local to the Chicagoland area to find an HR Services Representative to join their team. You'll handle diverse HR administrative tasks with a focus on delivering exceptional service. This position is fully remote and on a contract basis.
As an HR Services Representative, you'll manage routine HR inquiries and support activities across through their ServiceNow. Your role will involve utilizing various communication channels-phone, case-based correspondence, chat and email-to ensure efficient and accurate responses to employee requests.
HR Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficient administration
- Address routine inquiries regarding HR policies, processes and programs from employees and managers
- Act as a liaison between employees and the HR Team when it comes to inquiries and questions
- Refer complex matters to specialized HR areas or management using ServiceNow
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations related to HR functions
HR Services Representative Requirements: - Broad knowledge of HR administrative processes and best practices
- ServiceNow experience
- Exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- 2+ years of HR administration experience and high-volume call/contact center experience preferred
- Prior experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow Case and Knowledge Management is preferred
